eπin's work seeks to express the unity in people and objects. She longs to express the essence of an object or person.

Her educational background is in mathematics, and she was able to get a concentration in studio art as an undergraduate where she was exposed to painting, sculpture, and mixed media classes.

Soon after that, she decided to pursue a PhD in Mathematics in the area of Set Theory.  The philosophical knowledge of mathematics she learned through this process has been a source of delightful inspiration.  She is a Platonist, and believes that mathematical objects are as real as the furniture in a room.  She continues to do research mathematics while pursuing her artistic dreams.

B.A. 2004 University of Nebraska at Omaha, Mathematics (with a concentration in Art).

M.A. 2007 University of Kansas, Mathematics (Complex Analysis).

PhD. 2015 City University of New York, Mathematics (Set Theory).
